Wardell Gillis can assist you with proactive planning regarding matters in the workplace, such as developing a workplace harassment prevention policy or proactively addressing an employee’s performance issues, and we can also assist you after an event, such as an employee complaint or a termination of employment, has occurred.  For example, we can assist with quantifying an employee's damages resulting from a wrongful dismissal and help capture the relevant information in a Statement of Claim.
